D. Preparation of Balance Sheet, P & L Accounts, Audit Report, Director’s Report, Extract of Annual Returns & Financial Statements.(without tax audit)
E. Preparation & Filing of Form AOC-4 (Financials Related Annual Return).
F. Preparation & Filing of Form MGT-7 (Management Related Annual Return).
G. Use of DSC of Auditor in Form AOC- 4.
H. Preparation of 04 Minutes of Board Meeting.
I. Preparation of Minutes of AGM.
J. Income Tax Returns (Company).
K. Income Tax Audit (If Turnover is More Than 1 Crore). (Extra charges as applicable)
L. Share Certificate (for 2 Directors).
N. Preparation of MPB-1 (Disclosure of Interest by Directors).
O. Preparation of DIR -8 (Disclosure of Non-Disqualification by Directors).

Every company, after getting its Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, has to comply with certain rules and regulations with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as required by Companies Act, 2013.
